How does the Kiroma Centre Gift Card work?
1. Receive the card in your post
When you complete your purchase:
- You will automatically receive an email with the gift card in digital format.
- You will find the amount and the unique coupon code.
- You can forward it to the person you want to surprise or print it out if you prefer to deliver it by hand.
2. Give it to whoever you want.
The person who receives the card may use it to make reservations. any massage or treatment of the Kiroma Centre.
3. How to redeem the gift card
From the website
- Choose treatment, day and time.
- Enter the gift card code in “Coupon or Code”.
- The amount will be applied automatically.
By phone:
You can also book by calling and providing the gift card code.
At the center:
They only need to show the email or the code at reception.
Important information
- If the treatment costs less, a new gift card, se generará una nueva tarjeta will be issued with the remaining balance (you must inform the center beforehand).
- If the treatment costs more, only the difference will be paid.
- Valid for any massage or treatment at the Kiroma Centre.
- Non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice..
- Validity from the date of purchase.
- When you complete your booking, please also check your SPAM or junk folder, as emails may sometimes end up there.

If the treatment costs less, the remaining amount will be saved for your next session. You must inform the KIROMA center.
